OVERVIEW
PAWEMI is the storefront name of an individually operated online retail business and operates this online store and website using Shopify. By visiting, using, or purchasing through this store, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this store. Information you provide at checkout must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We work with third-party suppliers and make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, inventory, and prices accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates may cause minor differences. Products, variants, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, supplier unavailability, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

All prices and checkout charges are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown before payment.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking practices, split shipments, and delivery limitations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates supplied by the applicable supplier or carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control may occur.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on the policy of the supplier fulfilling the item. Do not send a return without prior authorization and the approved return address.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, misuse customer or store information, impersonate others, commit fraud, scrape the store in violation of applicable law, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Shopify, payment processors, suppliers, carriers, and other service providers may help operate the store. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. PAWEMI is the seller for purchases made from this store; Shopify is the commerce platform and is not the seller.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Store branding, text, graphics, and original content are owned by PAWEMI or used under license. Product images and supplier materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit store content without authorization.

9. ERRORS AND CHANGES
We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, shipping, or description errors and update store information at any time. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected amount as appropriate.

10. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. PAWEMI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. GOVERNING RULES
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating PAWEMI, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
