PAWEMI RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN REQUESTS
Contact PAWEMI through our Contact page within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return authorization. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Because our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, return eligibility, return windows, fees, and addresses may vary by item and are subject to the applicable supplier's policy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the evidence with the supplier. When the claim is approved, we will arrange the available remedy under that supplier's policy, which may be a replacement, refund, or return label.

CHANGE-OF-MIND AND FIT RETURNS
A change-of-mind, color, size, or fit return is accepted only when the supplier permits it. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any supplier restocking fee unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Some hygiene-sensitive, used, customized, clearance, or final-sale items may not be returnable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Do not send a product back without written authorization. The approved return address may be different from the address shown on the original package. Unauthorized returns may not be received or refunded. When required, send us the return tracking number.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the supplier confirms eligibility and, when applicable, receives and inspects the returned item. Bank or card processing generally takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible. We can request cancellation only before the supplier begins processing or ships the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
